Return & Refunds Policy
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at J.A Floral Distributors, you agree to the terms set forth below along with J.A Floral's Privacy Policy.
If you would like to return a product, follow the guidelines below:
Conditions for Returns
If a client is not satisfied with their purchase, it can be returned within seven days of the delivery for a full refund, however the shipping will be at your cost. Full refunds will only be issued if the product is returned in its original condition with all materials and packaging that were part of the original purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded.
Should you receive a faulty item, please do contact us within 7 days and we will provide you details with the returning process. The customer will be held liable to ship the product back to J.A Floral, however J.A Floral will then take care of the return delivering costs back to the client.
There will be a 25% re-stocking fee should an open item be returned, given that all the materials and original packaging are provided with the returned item. In the case where an item is returned without its original packaging and material, J.A Floral reserves the right at its sole discretion to charge an additional fee.
Shipping Returning Goods
Products that are shipped directly back to J.A Floral Distributors should be packed carefully in order to protect the item from any damages. The parcel needs to be clearly marked with a return address and an order number. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable shipping service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

J.A Floral is not responsible for return shipping costs. The shipping must be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place
We will notify you when we have received your returned product(s) and if it follows the guidelines addressed above in the conditions for returns, we will then proceed to issue a refund of your purchase minus the shipping cost. Your refund can take up 10 days to reflect into your account to be processed but you will be notified when you receive your money.
Claims for Damages
We carry out thorough quality checks before processing your ordered items. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the products are exceptionally packaged in order to ensure that the items will not get damaged during transit. Please note that J.A Floral is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation. You are automatically covered up to a R1000 insurance per barcoded parcel under the sole discretion of the transportation company.
Product Availability and Limitations
We at J.A Floral Distributors commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products. J.A Floral may have to limit the number of products available for purchase depending on issues with our inventory or quality checks. J.A Floral reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when J.A Floral confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the product you have ordered. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, you will be notified about it in advance so that you do not have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online Payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded fully once our team confirms your request.
